Common Questions
How do I reset my password? SticAI uses magic links — no password needed! Just sign in with your email and click the link we send you.
How do I deactivate a device? Open SticAI → Settings → Devices → Remove the device you want to deactivate.
Can I get a refund? Lifetime licenses are refundable within 14 days. Pro subscriptions can be cancelled anytime.
Is there a Windows version? Not yet, but we're considering it based on demand. Let us know if you'd use it!
