1. Service Description

SticAI is a macOS application that provides AI-powered text transformation. We use third-party AI services to process your text when you request a transformation.

2. Account

You need an account to use SticAI. You're responsible for keeping your account secure. One account can be used on up to 3 devices.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use SticAI for illegal purposes
• Attempt to bypass usage limits
• Share your account with others
• Reverse engineer or copy our software

4. Payment & Refunds

• Free tier: No payment required, limited to 20 transforms per day
• Lifetime License: One-time payment of $99, non-refundable after 14 days
• Pro Subscription: $9/month, cancel anytime

5. Privacy

Your text is sent to AI services only when you initiate a transformation. We don't store or log the content of your transformations. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Limitation of Liability

SticAI is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means you accept the changes.
